Man, my "list" is getting pretty long. I think it migh tbe easier to make a list of the people who don't make fun of me! ![]() |
| The Netherlands is further proof that our policy of extending our brand of democracy is correct. Islamo-fascists may have "elections" etc. but they will be extremely resistant to allowing women freedom. It doesn't take a genius to realize they have a lot further to go than Christianity ever did in adapting to freedom and democracy. If we don't at least get these countries on the way to democracy and capitalism their expanding population of the unemployed and uneducated will keep knocking on the door of the Netherlands (and others) and bring their rabble (extremists) with them, the ones that actually hate capitalism and western ways and want Shari'a. If they absolutely feel the necessity to brutalize and imprison women, let it be their own women and the ones in their country. We should restrict immigration from these countries to those who are seeking religious asylum and scrutinize them carefully. These countries are full of poisoned youth. I can't imagine we are allowing them to immigrate, legally or illegally. They should be crated up and dropped by chute in a desert, not of their choice. |

[cliffclavin]Ehhh..Netherregions- that's either where I put on my jammies....or it's, ehh...South Bawstin[/cliffclavin] |
I'm going to kick you in YOUR Netherregions with my wooden shoes. I mean ... I don't own any wooden shoes, dammit! Actually, more on-topic, I think we're going to see Holland seriously tighghten their immigration laws, and deport people who are invvoled in militant islamic churches/movements. I also think we're going to see more and more European countries (particularly the smaller ones) adopt stricter and stricter immigration laws. Denmark already did so last year, and apparently has the tightest immigration laws in Europe now. Countries like Germany and France have of course completely fucked themselves by allowing so many muslim immigrants - and so they will not be able to solve the problem that way. God knows what will happen - I forsee more violence in France and Germany in the next dacade, as faundemantalist Islam tries to assert itself. |
To be admired. At least they have the guts to try something. |
Allow me to be anal and correct a few misapprehensions about Denmark. It's highly unlikely that there are MILLIONS on "third world trash" in Denmark, considering that the population of the ENTIRE country is less than five and a half million people. There are currently about 100,000 muslims in Denmark - about 2% of the population. For 2% of the population to turn into a majority (even with disparite population growth rates) is going to take a lot longer than a couple of generations. "Rabid socialists in charge" - conservative coalitions have been in charge of danish governments for decades, and the "socialist" systems in denmark (i.e. free education, free welfare, unemployment benefits, etc) have worked very well in a capitalist market economy. Currently the Danish economy is very healthy, with a postiive trade balance. To suggest that the entire system is collapsing is wildly inaccurate.
Unfortunately, you are partially correct. Violent crime rates (and rape) have risen drastically in the past decade, and are largely accounted for by muslim immigrants. Some parts of Copenhagen have become far more dangerous - but the majority of the country is still one of the best places in the world to live.
What you are describing is Sweden, not Denmark. The Swedes are so wrapped up in their own self-rightouesness, that they refuse to see what is happening to their society. Denmark has come to their senses (better later than never) and have tightened up their immigration laws incredibly - as you mentioned earlier - and increased surveillance of extermist muslims in the country.
I don't really fear for future generations for that reason. I think there will be violence, but Denmark will respond to it. The E.U. is currently a much greater (and more insidious) threat to Denmark than extremist muslims. |
You REALLY hate the swedes, don't you? |
Damn - now that I've seen your avatar again, I totally need to watch that video once more! ![]() btw - I disagree. Everyone in Scandinavia hates the Swedes. The Finns rock! |

DK –Prof First, greetings to a fellow American of Danish decent? Typical Danes, always so political…ht, about the number of third world trash allowed into Danmark. You are right, it wasn’t millions, I was being overly emotional, but still, you would admit that these people have contributed to the increased crime rate – for me, that is reason enough to say that they have degraded the society and therefore they are trash. By the way, I am not one to use the word “trash” flippantly, only when it is deserved. I have heard many first-hand stories from back there, so my opinions have been formed. O.K, “perhaps” you are correct and there are only 100,000 Muslims. That is still A LOT of people for such a tiny place. The question I raised of Danmark becoming Islamic in 100 years was only a rhetorical one to get your goat. haps Also DK – Prof, I have to respectfully disagree with your challenge. Rabid socialists have politically influenced Danmark. Why? Because, look at the tax rates! The tax rates are in the stratosphere compared to the U.S.! Have you ever bought a car there? They tax EVERYTHING AT SUCH HIGH RATES! In addition, they had a very open immigration policy. That is NOT CONSERVATIVE according to the planks of American conservative thought. Finally, I agree. Sweden SUCKS. Those bastards let the Nazis use their railways to attack Norway and claimed “neutrality” during the whole thing. That is almost unforgivable – and most definitely cowardly. |
Who can resist a good joust? However, Talking about Garands, I'm so jealous about the Danish CMP rifles. I can't qualify for CMP until next spring, and hopefully there will be a couple left by the time I do. Some of my relatives have served in the Danish military. |
