Just curious to see how many of us have them.
Seems like standard equipment for every household.

A house is not a home without a good .22 rifle

And a .38
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 6:59:51 AM EST
Everytime I go to purchase one, my little mormon conscience tells me not to for some reason, same thing with a .22 pistol

I have a 10/22, but my Thompson/Center .22 Classic blows it away.

Yup but I sold the .38 special. Will a .357 revolver count? I can fire .38s through it.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:18:10 AM EST
I have two of them myself.

Now I'm just searching for an affordable threaded barrel for it. My 223 suppressor needs to see a little more action.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:21:26 AM EST
Yeah, I have a standard wood-stocked 10/22 with a cheap Bushnell 3-7x scope mounted.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:23:47 AM EST
Not yet; picking one up this year for my kid though.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:25:51 AM EST
Had one and sold it because I needed money.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:26:37 AM EST
At the moment, no. I gave my 10/22 to my dad several years ago. I do have a 77/22, though. I am also sure that another 10/22 will follow me home as soon as I find one at the local gunstore that I like.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:28:27 AM EST
Yup.
One for me.
And the wife.
And each of the kids.
Then there's the spares.....
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:28:31 AM EST
It was the first gun I bought for myself, with my first income tax return.

Link Posted: 2/25/2006 7:47:35 AM EST
That was the first gun that I got from my dad when I was a kid. Funny how firearms multiply.

Plastic stock/stainless with a 3x9 simmons. Everyone should have a 10/22
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 8:00:09 AM EST
Several.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 8:32:20 AM EST
I only meant to replace the extractor on this one but one thing led to another and . . .

Once I got started I could not keep one in stock.

I have a stock one left and have ordered everything but the barrel, I am waiting to get started on it because once I do it will be an all consuming obsession.

When I got done rebuilding my 10-22, I had enough parts left over to build a .......

10-22.

I figured you to be in the two digit quantity when it comes to 10-22's
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 8:51:12 AM EST
I got a couple... one has no barrel though. Waiting for my new GM barrel to get here
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 9:01:36 AM EST
Mine is no longer a 10/22.

Now its a 10/.17M2!

A fun rifle to have. I bought one for myself and one for my nephew.

Here is my 10/22 Eeyore gun. The barrel has been cut down and reduced i diameter to accept an Austrian STG-58 flash suppressor, 16 1/4 inches overall. The stock is one of a kind made from a Ruger 10/22 fore-end and a Norinco NHM-91 thumbhole stock that has been cut up and modified.

The title of this thread is "Click here if you have a 10/22" so why are there no votes?

Man those are some sweet supressed rifles some of you guys have....I REALLY need to move.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 10:13:50 AM EST

Yes....I have two, at the present. Once you start 'moding' them, they almost become as bad an addiction as AR's!
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 11:11:09 AM EST
I have 2 (1 blues & 1 stainless). Both have stock components except extended mag releases and Volquartsen triggers. Both are scoped and I have lots of 25 and 50 rnd mags to plink away with. Great guns lots of fun.
Link Posted: 2/25/2006 11:30:18 AM EST
Just one at the moment...........I'm sure there will be more.

Link Posted: 2/25/2006 11:49:23 AM EST

On the list of things to get. I keep putting it off because I shoot my pelet rifle at home all the time.
