I watched Punky Brewster religiously. I remember that show from when I was 3 and 4 years old. I even tried to dress like her.
 How about.... I also vouch for "Silver Spoons" and "Small Wonder" I vaguely recall a show with a cartoonist who had a wife, two daughters, and there was some gay dude hanging around...can't remember the title.... |

Wow I had totally forgotten about Riptide. I remember thinking the show was lame, but they had the cool double decker helicopter.
CHiPs makes the list because it was a cool show in the 70's but then became lame in the 80's with Bruce Jenner and the recruits.
