Are we supposed to recognize this guy and why should we care that he's dead?
ETA: Ok, I see you were editing while I was typing. Now I know who he is, but I still don't care. |
Well, I don't know about you guys but I'm giving up on growing up and becoming a rapper. Maybe I'll be the first person to give my live body to science. Kinda like an organ donor with guaranteed fresh parts.

Apparently there *are* Jennings and Lorcin 9's that don't jam!! |
Maybe my memory is faulty but I don't remember the Rolling Stones shooting it out with the Doobie Brothers or the Oak Ridge Boys doing drive-bys on the Temptations. All I remember is bands dying in shitty plane crashes. |
+1 Who's got the care-o-meter? Thousands of people are slain every year and I'm sure that there are many we are going to miss a lot more than this guy. Why is this national news? |
I thought the rappers were backers of lib dem's ? , guns are a no/no with those people , WTF -- rappers are as full of Sht as the rest of the Dummycraps and hollywood , I AM SHOCKED
Because it adds to the hysteria. Guns are bad. |

Yo Tambien, Nothing but nice kindhearted songs like "A Boy Named Sue", Nope no knifing, atempted gun play or anything like that in Country Music |
Prior to reading this story, I could have offered this up as advice, as he was on his way to the club:
"Hey, Proof. That movie you were in involved gun play and gang violence outside a club on 8 mile, and presented it as if to suggest that such things were normal and to be expected. You and your associates spend a great deal of time insulting other people through music. Many of the people you insult are likely to frequent the same clubs, and are known to be armed and associated with a criminal element. You are considering frequenting a club in an area where violence, retribution and crime and a way of life. Maybe you should stay home, huh?" In before the rap appologists. |

That car's suspension gave out and it's sitting on the pavement! |
Does this mean that they will stop playing that gawd awful noise now? Please.
Reminds me of that Chappelle skit "When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong
Live by de gat, you dies by de gat...They think all that talk about ho's, dope, and killing is just in fun, something to make lots of money.
"If he's so f__king smart, why is he so f__king dead?" -Jack Nicholson, Prizzi's Honor |
Urrrrrrrgh!....huuuuuhn!.......(intake of breath).......(violent struggle).....gasp!...pant!
Nope... no matter how hard I try to care... it just wont happen..... Worms gotta eat... same as buzzards... they can wrastle their hash on his worthless hide... Dram out |
BET is probably already rolling 90 minute tributes to his 'musical genius' and how he was such 'a saint' |
the point is, country artists don't go round shooting each other and getting shot by other country folks in clubs. too bad the shooter didn't do us all a favor and shoot the other D11. |
Actually, it'd be D10. There are (were) six members of the group, and each one had a self given alter-ego (i.e. Marshall Mathers = Slim Shady). 6 x 2 = 12. Not that any of you care about that, though. I find it saddening that you delight in the death of others. |
Didn't Esteban and Pat Boone shoot it out one time? Or was it Roy Rogers and Real McCoys?
Somebody killed another rapper...
