First thing I'd like to thank the folks that have all the information on getting your C&R, was a HUGE HELP!!!
Haven't decided what my first purchase is going to be but am leaning towards a K31.

Congrats Paul, you have no idea how much fun you're about to have and how obsessed you will soon become!

I'd agree with the K31, looks like they're slowly getting scarce. This site definately helped me out with all my license questions, I thought about it for almost a year before I finally decided to go for it and I sure am glad I did.

To be honest, when I talked to a friend and he told me about the discounts from places I do a LOT of business with, I figured it's a no brainer even if I never buy a C&R firearm. I'll save more than the $10/year on "modern" suppliesPaul

That's no joke. I bought a Rock River Arms collapsible stock for my AR, $95 from Brownell's, $65 with my discount. There's $30 right there. I've bought lotsa other things also and usually save $5-$15 per item.

Well, since today's the 23rd and I mailed the paperwork on the 20th......
NOPE haven't gotten it yet, But I expect the envelopes at least made it to Atlantah.gif

It took 32 days for me. The licence came in the information packet. I wasn't expecting it for another 2 weeks at least. Seems like they are getting good at turning them around these days.

Mailed mine on February 21 and still waiting on mine. From what I hear the person that reviews applications from my part of the country isn't the quickest.
