I have a Leupold M1 LR 3.5-10 illuminated MilDot scope currently on my M14.the other scope that does duty on it is a Leupold 4.5  - 14 Mildot Tactical scope.

I have built my M14 up as my version of the DMR rifle for ranges out to 600 meters.

Spec Sheet:

-Norinco reciever, barrel, gas system, and flash suppressor(I have a Smith Vortex to replace it)
-USGI S.A. bolt
-USGI TRW trogger group
-USGI TRW Op Rod
-Rooster33 Stainless steel one piece NM  op rod spring guide
-USGI recoil spring
-Navy style gas lock sight
-KAC M14 RAS
-TPS TSR steel 30mm rings
-USGI Fiberglass stock in Canadian CADPAT, with matching KAC side panels that I painted.
-Dummy full selector kit to be installed

Shoots 0.5 to 1 MOA at this time with handloads.

   SKBY.

I've got a KAC M14 RAS & EO-Tech 552 Rev. F on a "rack grade" M1A built by Ted Brown. Set-up ala "Blackhawk Down", only with newer mount & optics...

I'll get a pic or two up later...

I don't have a couple thousand dollars to dispose of, so I did the best I could.  I have a Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40 Mil-Dot Mounted to my loaded M1A.  The mount is Springfield Armory 3rd Gen.  Yes the cheek weld is awful high (more like a chin weld) but I can still hit golfballs with it at 300 yards.  I'd trust it.  I will probably move to the Rooster 33 cheek rest  eventually, but I will first have to bring myself to terms with drilling through that beautiful stock.

I wouldn't drill that awesome walnut stock if my life depended on it...get a USGI synthetic stock from Fred's M14 Stocks to modify. They're relatively inexpensive and if you screw it up, just fill in the holes with some Bondo-Glass and try again...

My current set-up is a SA M1A "Standard"  with a CJ Weapons STRIKER-14 RAS, EoTech 512 Rev.F, Surefire 952P w/ red fliter, Laser Devices OTAL, and Spectre Gear (formerly CQB Solutions) SOP sling.

I'm looking to possibly add a scope for CQB+ (medium ranges) Perhaps something like the Leupold CQ/T, which I own and really like on my RRA mid, but on the M1A w/RAS it sits too high. I like the ability to dial down to zero so the scope becomes a CQB sight. Anyone know of any other scopes that dial down to zero? Not enough eye relief with the ACOGs.

Thanks for the feedback and great pics so far. Keep them coming fellas!

Since starting this topic I've found glass for my M1A. Take a look here

Thanks Hepcat85

That is the non-reflective Gray color exclusive to the Navy SEAL's Chop Mod stock SAGE builds.
My new production EBR stock is 1 of 25 that SAGE anodized Gray by mistake.
Kinda flashy don't you think?

I viewed pictures of your rifle weeks ago on Different's web site. Well done have

I have the ARMS 18 mount with the Bushnell Elite 3200 scope as well. But I have not found it to be 100% dead on. I am waiting to test it more in the coming week.

I love shooting with irons.

My sight radius is a super short 21" and I am looking into a Trijicon insert for my NM front sight
and possibly enlarging the rear peep a hair for a better sight picture.

This is what my camera see's now...

I mounted this Burris Fullfield 3.5x10 w/lighted ballistic plex reticle on an ARMS 18 and #22 med hight rings. Burris has a real nice scope with a very attractive forever warrenty. I picked this scope up for less than $400 brand new.

Leupold 3.5X10, 40mm.  Has the duplex reticle and the target knobs.  Mounted on an ARMS #18 (Old Style).  I'm in the process of upgrading to #22 QD rings.

The brass does tend to strike the target knob, but it hasn't caused me any problems yet.

Shoot it mostly at the range right now.  Will get an Aimpoint in the next couple of months for it, then I plan on shooting it in 3-Gun matches.  Also plan on using it as my deer rifle next year.

I like your combo Sniper3142.
I'm thinking along those lines myself for my SAGE EBR.

I'm interested in THIS SEI mount.  I'm not sure it will work on a SAGE though??
