What is the minimum legal length for a shotgun?

Is cylinder the choke used in this type of shotgun? I had assumed it was but wanted to make sure.

18" barrel - 26" overall

Most use a Cyl bore, but I prefer a Mod choke. Good for slugs and buckshot.
