OK, I am a little confused.
I know that now I can get my regular capacity mags again...but I am confused at to what I can and cannot do to my "Post-Ban" Bushmaster (if anything)

Is it legal or illegal to make my "post-ban" into a non-ban(pre) varierty.
Can I put on a telescoping stock? Can I put a new upper (pre-ban) on it having the lug and flash supressor?

Can I buy this model: Bushmaster 16in M4A3 Type Rifle

If anyone can help shed some light on this it would be great.
