I got off the phone with model 1 a bit ago and double checked with what I wanted...

Like I want to order it now... but there is still that tiny chance the awb wont go away and I would be stuck with pre ban 4 kits.

On the other hand, I could get the stuff and if the ban somehow is renewed (which I doubt) then take off the FS's, tele stock and sand off the ears on the bayo lug.

Anyone think there is going to be a backorder on kits as soon as it expires, so I should get them now... or wait paitently.

I honestly don't think I have been this excited since I was a 4 yr old getting Atari 5200.

Why not order 'em with a shipping date of the 13th of September?  That way, if the ban somehow (miraculously) gets renewed, you can have THEM do the changes for you prior to sending the gear out to you.

But what you suggested is an EXCELLENT idea.  I am going to order the stuff up on Monday.  Assuming they allow that sort of arrangement.

I have a feeling that folks already have what they want, they are just poised for action .

I caved earlier this week.  I now have my VLTOR, Phantom, and evil FSBs.  While I was melting the CC, I also picked up the stuff for a A4gery ('cept I went with an FF RAS).  I sent of my M4 upper to get worked over.  If the ban comes back, I just have to tack the FSB and have a different brake pinned on.  Not much of a loss, that Mini-Y was killing me anyway.

I can't wait and not just for the AR stuff.  I want a whole bag full of 10-22 mags and Beretta 92FS mags.

For some reason the fact that the Varmiter could have been bought during the ban made it less appealing when Credit Card time came around.
