I just recieved 2k of AE 223 and noticed the Velocity specs on the box have it as , Muzzle 3220 fps & energy at 1280.  Seems pretty hot for 223.  Has it always been this high?   It doesn't say what length barral.  I just checked out the specs for XM193 and they are a little lower.  What do you think?
