Berger makes 5 140 grain 6.5 mm bullets.  Berger Bullet reference chart HERE

I've never seen a long range bullet with a meplat that broad/flat.  I'm not convinced it is a Berger but if it is, you might have to do a few more measurements to figure this one out...

I have only ever seen 139gr Lapua in that class. Maybe an older style?

Scenar 139gr 1.365”, .819” bto.

Hornady 140 bthp match 1.332”, .767” bto

I will take a look.  I am almost 100% berger now and it doesn't look like a Berger or a Nosler ELD.

What came to my mind from the pictures, the bullet has a frosted, matte finish, indicating a rough surface.  Everything I have has a smoother, more shiney surface.

Speer bullets are that dull color. The one on the left is a 75 gr Gold Dot.
