Any thoughts on 142gr MK for 6.5 Creedmoor

Looking for data that would help me narrow down my process.

Loading for a 24” 1/8 barrel in a Bergara 6.5 creedmoor Ridgeback.

I have:
H4350
Lapua brass
GM205M

Any ideas appreciated.

It works great in the 260 Remington. I’m sure it’ll work great in the 6.5C.

Check the tacked thread for a jumping off point.

Its a great projectile for the 6.5.

I found that RL16 gave me the best velocities without killing brass.  I used lrp (210m) and hornady brass though so my load data wouldn't work for you.

that is my go to bullet in my rifle

bergara HMR PRO 6.5 creed

lapua small primer brass
CCI bench rest primers
H4350

i had good results with RE 16 but i only have one lb of that so im sticking with H4350 for now.

my load is 41.1gr and shoots under .2 for 3 shots and in the .3 for 5 shots.

i have no idea what my velocity is but i am not trying to hot rod this load and burn barrel and brass

Pederson brass and Br-4 primers, 41.3 gr H4350. Reloder 16 is no joke either, it will be hard to beat for velocity.

41.3-41.5gr H4350, Fed 205m, hornady brass has worked in my gassers. Should have even better results in a bolt gun.

The 142smk is also my go to bullet for my 260’s and have had great results out beyond 1200yds with it.
