 Also that dude just below us on CW is +20 here & hard to filter out. |

We can always do a relay, hogsniper.
Crazy since I'm running 150W out and it's olivia, my reach inside CONUS should be pretty decent. |

I have just a vertical 33' wire now, much less wire in the air than before. I have some rope on order & plan to put my doublet back up in the air when I get time. I'll just do an IN/OUT when I hear last check in. I got zero copy on your last. I used about 215 watts on my test.

As is typical of Fall, the size of the net is getting respectable again.
This week, 8 stations + NC. I had virtually everyone at +7dB SNR or better, signals got stronger the later past net time. |

Interesting, I was looking at the foF2 at https://www.sws.bom.gov.au/HF_Systems/6/5 and it's showing it was 9 MHz at 0000Z and 8 MHz at 0100Z -- I wonder if it was off 1 MHz and we passed through the magic NVIS moment early around net time and then was on the other side by the end. |

OK, I ended up with 9 stations including the late relay. Never heard BD, unfortunately.
Conditions weren't too bad, maybe slightly rougher for me than last week but copied everyone I could hear. Couldn't hear a couple of you, though. |

I couldn't hear the east coast stations tonight during check-in's but had good copy on AZ, opposite of usual. I bounced right after commenting though so I didn't hear the other stations trying to check in later.

Conditions weren't the greatest for me tonight.
3 checkins plus NC for 4. I believe there were two very weak staions trying to check in, but I had no decode at all and no relays. A strong signal started and then dropped before any decode, but I think we got him back at the end. |

Conditions tonight were freaking amazing. Two of the three stations that made it in
had S9+ signals on the meter and +10dB SNRs. Three stations plus NC tonight. Hopefully everyone remembers the time change next week! |

Wasnt able to make the net since we have bible study this time on Wed so as a fun little practical experiment I did record the spectrum with my SDR and just played it back into my FLDIGI using VB-Cable. There was some really close annoying CW there that the SDR was nicely able to completely filter out.

Time change almost got me. Managed to get fired up and receiving midway through the preamble, sent a quick in/out before dinner.

I could copy everyone 100% on my low (15'-20' high) 40m dipole with no problem. And I almost forgot the time change again. Hopefully by next week I will be back in the groove.
