Did all California Walmart’s stop selling ammo?

StevenH Member Joined Jun 2007 Posts 45124 EE 100% (57) USA	Posted: 1/22/2021 5:42:26 PM EDT they got rid of 556 and handgun ammo a while back, but were still selling .22LR and shotgun ammo. But the ammo display cases at my local Walmart are gone now.

I believe they all stopped in about August of 2020. Before then, throughout the month of July, Walmart was clearancing any ammo they had left. I heard rumors that Walmart sold anything they had left to Turner's.

PaDanby Member Joined Jan 2002 Posts 44357 EE 0% (0) CA, USA	Posted: 1/24/2021 2:20:32 AM EDT The ones around me did but several nearby still had ammo. I suspect it wasn't worth the hassle anymore for them and they dropped it at all of them.
