There are a couple of indoor ranges. One in Springdale - Sturm's Range. The other is in Tontitown - Ozark Sportsman Supply. An outdoor range is at Hobbs Management area but that is about an hours + drive from Fayetteville. You use to be able to shoot out near Lake Wedington but I haven't shot there in years. It was uncontrolled and dangerous in my opinion. there are not many options around Fayetteville. SC |
| It was such a good day to be outside me and my girl decided to go to the Hobbs state park range. It only took us about 35 to 40 min to get there from around the university. It was definitly worth the extra drive than going to the indoor ranges. It would have taken a little less time if I would have known exactly where i was going. |

I guess this is a good place to start with my first post here. I am a couple of miles from Bull Shoals lake looking across to Missouri. I have been up here for 16 months and don't really know anyone. I am gonna be looking for a shooting buddy pretty soon. |

Hello all! I'm in Fort Smith and recently purchased my first AR-15. Up until now Mini-14 and M1 .30 cal. have been what I've shot. I've been on the site looking around and have found it very useful in getting to know and understand about the AR-15. I'm pretty much a selfstarter and the references to the mil-spec manuals were very useful. Great forum. |
