Very cool....Woden and I want to go down real soon. We're anxious to bring a ton of guns and ammo down for a full day of shooting. Woden went to FLA this week so I'll IM you at the end of the week to see what dates might work for you. I'd like to go to the other shoot but it's a long trek from Winchester. Bomber |

also the other shoot says you need a truck to get there? I don't have a truck and I want to bring alot of crap. so maybe hite hollow would be better. (haven't been there yet....).

There should be plenty of people with trucks available to move your stuff. I know several people have already said they're brining their trucks and are more than happy to shuttle people/stuff. Ross |

Hite Hollow Shooting Range: Near Augusta Springs. This range is open from sunrise to sunset every day for firing rifles, pistols and shotguns at stationary targets. Moving targets such as clay pigeons and bottles are prohibited. From Staunton, take Route 254 west to Buffalo Gap, then Route 42 south about eight miles to Augusta Springs. Take Route 845 about a half-mile to Forest Development Road (FDR) 82, and follow this road about one mile to the range. (Deerfield Ranger District, 540-885-8028.)

I live in staunton and go to hite hollow ever weekend or two. I was there yesterday and the road was in good shape so a car would have no problems, of course that could change with a couple big rain storms. I'm in for whatever day you guys want to shoot.

In order not to have a conflict with the other event, I was wondering if anyone would like to get together on Saturday the 30th?
Woden and I will be there. We will be bringing the following at a min: Numerous AR15s 6.8mm SPR Remmy 700 with full tactical bling  Thompson 45 SBR HK UMP Clone SBR Bennelli m1 S90 Numerous pistols 9mm. 357 Sig, 10mm, 357 mag, 45 ACP, 44 Mag, Silenced 22 AK47s You get the picture. Yup. Took just a couple days short of 4 months. I'll be brining:     I guess I'll hold off on getting that trigger installed on the 6.8 SPR. I don't think I can get it back before the end of the month. |

my schedule dosent go out that far, but I think I'll be off so put me down as a strong maybe as well.
 Oh, and the only thing new I've got is a V-93 and a lightweight FAL. Im in the middle of building a G36 clone, and thats taking quite a bit more cash than I thought it would.

well, im missing an important piece right now, the SL8.  I've got the TN kit, a sight rail (I really wanted a carry handle optic but I cant find one for less than $600!), and a G36K handguard. I still need a HK53 flash hider too.....and a receiver to put it on...

From Arlington, my guess would be you need to take 66 west and get on 81 south. You'll need to get a map so you can see what I'm talking about. If you head west on 66 you'll you'll see an exit for 522 when you get near Front Royal. If you take the exit for route 522 you will see a McDonalds right off of the exit. You can meet us in the parking lot. If you want to ride the rest of the way with us, we can leave your car in the hotel parking lot which is adjacent to McDonalds.

That would be exit 6. McD's and Exxon station right next to each other. Arlington is roughly exit 73, depending, so that is 67 miles out to meet up with them.
