 My never fired S&W Model 642-1 and my new to me S&W Model 342.  I have a 642-2 that has been carried so much I wore the finish off it. Sooooo.... I polished it up!  |

My first wheel gun ! A S&W 19-4 pinned & recessed :

And i also asked to sandblast the trigger & the hammer. I'm fucking happy with it ! A really crisp and light trigger. |

My S&W collection. Top to Bottom: 610 6.5-inch; my first S&W, was used in USPSA for a few years now relegated to hunting duty. 625 5-inch; was my USPSA revolver until the rule change in Feb'14 627PC 5-inch; the new hotness in USPSA Revolver Division, took this one to my first National Match this year. My only S&W with a trigger lock 10 Heavy Barrel 4-inch; my most recent S&W. bought for shooting in IDPA SSR 442 Moonclip; the only S&W I have that was NIB when I got it. My CCW. |

This pistol was my best friends favorite gun. He passed away last month.
I own it now along with his leather holster he made. 
I just wanted to share. S&W 57 41 mag made between 1982 and 1983. 
The only thing I changed was the grips. He had the Pachmayr presentation grips on it. |

I believe it is a 6 1/2". The reason I asked is because I have a Model 29 (not pinned/recessed) with a 5 7/8" barrel. I suppose mine would be considered a 6 inch model.

 Smith & Wesson Model 686 Classic Hunter made in 1988  My Father's Smith & Wesson Model 15 Combat Masterpiece when he worked with Metro-Dade PD in the 1980s.  My Uncle's Smith & Wesson Model 64 NY-1 that he had when he retired from the NYPD in the early 1990s. After he moved down to Miami, he sold it to my father. Dad swapped out the internals and made it a traditional DA/SA. I added the Hogues to all of them.
