Too lazy?
Too poor? Can’t control it? Already feeding a German shepherd human? Don’t operate operationally? Cat herder? |
I'm single and live alone. I'm gone from the house for 14 hours at a time on work days. I'd be a shitty person if I made a dog be alone that long. I love dogs though.
Because I have a Malinois and a Dutch Shepherd. I don’t need any more dog hair in my life.
I don’t particularly care for the breed. |
Because there's a bazillion other breeds out there that do everything better with less issues.
Except looking cool on arfcom with doggles, I suppose. Larper breed. |
Simply because I do not have the space that a GSD deserves. They are by far my favorite breed of dog and I have always wanted one but I know to wait until I actually have the room for it.
Sigh
I want one Just dont have the room with the current doggo and cat As soon as I get a bigger place Im getting a GSD |
Nobody at home while I work
Neighbor ties his dog out all hours and just let's her bark and bark. I do miss getting greeted at the door when I get home tho, kitty will just walk up and give me the look of "well?? where's my food??" |
Because I had to put mine down a couple of months ago and I haven't got another one yet. But I will.
1.) Fuck shedding and getting hair all over your clothes, house, car, and other property.
2.) I refuse to pick up shit piles bigger than what I could make. 3.) I'm not one to follow retarded trends and/or fads. |

Great Dane/German Shepard mix. It's like herding a 100lb cat.

Put ours down 6 years ago. We will get another after we move in a couple years.
Because I have a Shiloh shepherd which is more better (former German shepherd owner too)

GSDs are great, I've had many. I had to get a dog that was a little smaller though and easy to travel with so I got what is essentially a smaller more feral version of a GSD....the magnificent ACD

Would love one right now but the feeding would kill us.
Daughters currently have 2 dogs in the house. A doxie and a Small/medium village mutt. Parents had two when I was a kid. One was very protective of me when I was a baby/toddler. |
Because he got old and we had to put him down. 14.5 is a long time for a GSD. He outlived all his siblings.
