I feel you. I’ve been stuck at 180 for a bit. Try drinking more water, cut out all sugars, maybe limit carbs? Not sure your current diet. But hey! Good news, you’re down 30lbs and you haven’t gained any weight, you’re still at 310. Stay strong man.

Appreciate it brother.  Ironically,  I was 305 this AM.  I'm sure there's  a reason and I'll be back at 310 soon enough...

I think at this point I’m going to stop being so concerned with weight and more of stomach size. Most of the excess fat is gone but still have some around the waist. Trying very hard to get lean but I’m also lifting weights again so I expect some weight gain.
