Since it's still Friday night (here on the west coast). I think I'll have a beer or two or three. Might as well take advantage of the free cold weather (snow) outside. Yes, I like my beer with ice.

Thanks. I'll be OK. Just need to have faith, do the work to find something new, and not expect overnight results.

Still a little fresh and raw at this point but it'll get better with time. I was too good for that place anyway.

Just got some poontang and had to take my time driving home because of a pretty decent snow storm. Walked my dog and now I'm currently eating pizza and having a few beers. Pretty good night.

gave me.

Probably a combination of the large coffee, chill to the bone air on the range earlier for a low/no light shoot, and falling asleep on the floor while power watching season 5 of Grimm. Now I'm just lying in my hammock until it's time to head out for the sunrise.

For me it is a life long habit of going to bed early, shortly after sunset then waking up about 4 hours later, staying up for two hours, and then going back for about 4 hours. I never really understood why until about a year ago. I came across an article about what is known as "Two Sleep". Apparently it is something that was common prior to the industrial revolution and the introduction of electric lighting.

I was a stud in the Marine Corps when it came to guard duty and a schedule of 4 on and 4 off.

Friend had a medical scare and went to the ER with chest pains. We babysat their kids until they got back home. All tests were negative, and the pain went away, thank goodness. Going to follow up with a cardiologist just to be safe.

We had to rush out of Rogue One about 2/3 of the way through the movie.
