+1 on Sousa  He wrote "Invincible Eagle" and "Fairest of the Fair" during those years

The WORST....TWO decades for music in general have been 1990-2010.

I listen to 5 chanels on Serius...'60's on 6, 70's on &, 80's on 8...Classic Vinyl and Classic Rewind.

Dude I'm looking at my Time Life AM Gold 70's collection right now(no really) and the 70's were cool with songs like.......You don't mess around with Jim,A horse with no name,Bad Bad Leroy Brown,and many others. Well you could have a point. They seem to have the Ghey ,but when I was a kid all we had was AM radio and those were the hits and they were great. (Every body had AM there was no FM stations at that time)


Some of the disco stuff was really good....and some of it was just God awefull.
