Quoted: To shoot drones? #4 game shot or buck? View Quote There's a YouTube video, that appears to be real, where a drone operator lets a whole firing line worth of guys have shots at his drone as he flys it back-n-forth across the berm. Nobody hits the drone with the hundreds of shots at it. A shotgun will be best and depending on the size of the drone turkey shot ought to be more than enough. The body of the done is tiny but a badly damaged propeller is bad news fast for a drone. At 300 feet in the air my tiny DJI Mavic sounds like a swarm of bees. In the quiet of the countryside I can here it whirling away up there when it's above me. If I fly it off even 500 feet to the side the noise gets very hard to hear and even the bugs and bird chatter hide the noise of the drone. There are purpose built "quite" propellers that I fly with and they help. The other odd thing is that among the trees it's hard to pin-point even a stationary drone hovering above. The leaves and beaches of the trees do a good job of hiding a drone and baffle the noise very well. |

It is sad to see white Christians killing other white Christians, would celebrate if it was Hajis or Mongoloids.

I’d like to know what kind of commercial drone can carry that payload, and what the mechanism is for releasing it.

Seems a very high intensity green laser would be an excellent piece of kit on a modern Battlefield.

Quoted: Ascertain the height from which the object fell. Multiply the height by the object's acceleration due to gravity. The acceleration due to gravity is 32.2 ft/s^2 for English units, or 9.8 m/s^2 for SI units. If you drop an object from 15 feet, for example, you would multiply 15 ft * 32.2 ft/s^2 to get 483 ft^2/s^2. Multiply the result by 2. For example, 483 ft^2/s^2 * 2 = 966 ft^2/s^2. View Quote If you drop an object from 15 feet, it won't reach 482 fps. https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/free-fall This is a cool calculator. Besides, at that distance the pattern is too open to hope to be effective against a drone. The boy's drone gets to 1k feet quick. But you're sacrificing accuracy. It has an "R" circuit or something like that. An RC switch that he can operate a solenoid or other stuff on a 5v circuit, iirc. Drones are the shit for lots of stuff. They are here to stay and are getting more and more capable. |

Quoted: Could you explain why you think it is fake? I am curious. View Quote 1st, the graphics look simulated to me. 2nd, the way the bomb make its way into the picture multiple times as if it's swinging, but stays in place for a second. The camera would have refocused on it as long as it stayed in place. 3rd, if you pay attention at the end, the guys in the trench do not move naturally. Their legs don't move as if running, but instead kind of float. Classic AI issue seen in multiple video games over the years. |
