It's almost like they had a vendetta. Did they mistake him for someone else ? Did something transpire beforehand to infuriate those cops to that extent ? Unless I missed something he remained polite and never struck, head butted or bit the cops during the entire ordeal, and as I stated above I believe he ran the first time because he was legitimately in fear for his life. |

In video 2 (where I am currently), multiple other cops are there and I saw at least one other kick to the head. They just kept shining their flashlights. The one cop in video 1 who got tired after half a block of running said he hoped they stomped his a**. There is no way this is an isolated incident in that department. This wasn't just a bad day for those cops. They clearly were ok with this level of violence on someone. The guy resisted but he was relatively calm in the first video. It looks like he ran because of how crazy the officers were acting towards him |

Right off the bat they were making no attempt to control one of the guy's arms and there were two cops just standing around, one appeared to be acting as a lookout. They kind of backed off and let him up, then held him up and hit him. I've seen cops who can't handle themselves well in situations like this, but the most basic thing to do is grab the arms and legs, even the worst manage that much. It ain't fucking rocket science or some feat of strength with 3+ cops present. They even had size on their side. |

I guarantee some people will put targets on police--similar to what we saw in Houston and Tacoma. It's not good and these cops have triggered what unhinged people will most likely do. |
