Quoted: IIRC, Florida's law was something along the lines of "any device" that increases the rate of fire. This actually covered the slide fire and crank that was used on the 1919s and 10/22s so I would assume, this would fall under "any device". Here you go Bump-fire stocks prohibited.—A person may not import into this state or transfer, distribute, sell, keep for sale, offer for sale, possess, or give to another person a bump-fire stock. A person who violates this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. As used in this section, the term “bump-fire stock” means a conversion kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device used to alter the rate of fire of a firearm to mimic automatic weapon fire or which is used to increase the rate of fire to a faster rate than is possible for a person to fire such semiautomatic firearm unassisted by a kit, a tool, an accessory, or a device. |

Quoted: The way that is written, as long as you can bump fire a certain rifle unassisted, faster than the fire rate of the same gun with a forced reset installed then it should be legal, right? That's the way I read it. Say Jerry Mucilcks (sp) can fire at the same rate as an automatic AR (I think he can or close to it), say Bob can beltloop bumpfire at the same rate as the FRT, if that be the case then by the law as written this should be legal, as we are not increasing the rate of fire. ETA: Not that I want to be the test case. |

Quoted: My understanding is that the Grey Market Research super safety and .22 kit will work on an AR22. Quoted: Quoted: Will this work in a dedicated .22?? … or what alternative will? My understanding is that the Grey Market Research super safety and .22 kit will work on an AR22. It will (supposedly) work with a CMMG type + sear trip, but I'm skeptical that there is enough energy to force the trigger forward and still reliably cycle. Getting a SS to work with my 9mm required a lot of fiddling, and I'm still not happy with the cyclic rate. The way the carrier on my dedicated .22 is designed, none of the FRT designs will work. |
|
Atrius apparently claims this works with a Schmid 2 stage trigger, and it appears it is the trigger rear geometry that makes the difference (hammer shape and sear engagement not a factor, if I'm not mistaken). Subsequently, I think this will work with an RRA 2 stage, which has been my default trigger for a lot of builds. Still no shipping info on my Friday order. |

Quoted: Lol, the SS design was and still is open source and FREE This is just folks paying someone to print or machine it for them, instead of DIY. Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: All ok if they try to kill the livelihood of others then? They do not own the idea. They can get bent for being assholes about it. I applaud them for what they have done legally. They are assholes for trying to ruin the entire world of FRTs for their own profits. But the people who swooped in and started selling (and basically stealing RBT's customers) while RBT was tied up in court aren't assholes at all, right? Lol, the SS design was and still is open source and FREE This is just folks paying someone to print or machine it for them, instead of DIY. It gets even better There may be a free steel version in the future |

You guys are slacking. Don’t care if you hate him. You can see it in action.![]() New Three Position FRT Just Dropped |

I've had good luck with a standard SS in a dedicated ccmg bolt with borebuddy trip and homemade weight. The 9mm blowback having problems is probably related to too much energy and bolt bounce. |

Quoted: I was in the early 300’s and I have a tracking number and an expected delivery date of Tuesday. Quoted: Quoted: Ordered one today. Order # was around 4500. Not sure if that helps anyone gauge how long it takes, but there you go. I hope it works in AR-10s I was in the early 300’s and I have a tracking number and an expected delivery date of Tuesday. Glad to hear of shipping notification going out. I know that order #’s were still sub 1900 Saturday afternoon the day after they dropped. And there were claims made that over 6k had been ordered in the first day, I don’t know if that is referring to Friday they dropped or the first 24 hours either way apparently lots of people ordering multiples. |

Quoted: Quoted: When they did the first trigger they put out I wound up finding out they used to work for someone else and went out on their own and started the first trigger they made Good to go Just the location of registrar doesn't pass sniff thus I had to retract my positive comments on it If they change up and remove ties from that sketchy Iceland location I'd have positive thoughts again I see it different from 40,000 feet Gov set rb up to get crucified Barred them from further development thus they are not the govs "chosen one" And requiring them to carry all attempts of patent enforcement of the 233 "graves to wolf to rb" derivation clear they to the end to achieve judgement. Not a settlement deal on any Action. They cannot settle any Action they initiate. They must carry thru to judgement the way I read it 223 will not weather the storm of all the prior art. Not to the extent they attempt to scare people with that's for sure They only have the specific 223 version locking bar with spring and it's motion. That's it. (ETA maybe. I haven't dug that deep in prior art as I did not need to since mine at minimum doesn't use a locking bar ) Trigger housing iirc goes back to mossberg early on. And all the other FRT tech is in prior art. This creates them a serious problem in general Also take into consideration gov cannot take part in Sherman Anti Trust Crimes by means of being a coconspirator in Market Allocation Scheme(s) That is where gov wipes them off the map without a pen stroke Force reset was patented back in 1934 with a 1911 patent. Don't have it in hand but there was a thread here where someone was good enough to go find it and post a link so everyone could get to it. That wipes out the "we own the industry bullshit" Then Roll back to Blakely US 7,398,723 then take that to its origins in Akins US 6,101,918 and Inskip US 4,023,465. Just to name a couple 723 Blakely is very important. That is the one they cite as the base for the 247 in the grey market CD It's a mess but it's also easily picked apart https://patents.google.com/patent/US2056975A/en I’m making that motherfucker at some point I think it would be fun to tote in a shoulder holster Bwahahahahah |

Please report back on the compatibility with the RRA trigger. I'm planning to order the ambi version next month to drop into my AR with the same trigger. Thanks! |

Quoted: That's interesting because it looks like a super safety only with a traditional style selector switch instead of the push button. This will please all those who dislike the push button design. You can be sure Rare breed will go hard after these guys because those are the only people who'll likely buy the Rare Breed's product and this will be a serious threat to them. Dont need to modify trigger |
|
Quoted: I got one this release. He said it *should* work with larue but I’ll find something. When the geissele comes out I’ll be getting 4. I already have 2 az regulators. I like that those are drop in no mod and easy to remove. My first gen dropped in my g$ 16” no mods and smooth, so I got one to sit on. I really like this design giving you the option of happy switch or straight semi. Either way, we’re winning I dont understand why it wouldnt work w geissele |
|
Quoted: As long as it also has a full auto carrier, it should drop in and work. Quoted: Quoted: I have a 20 inch A2 rifle. Rifle gas and buffer. Would this selector work on it without modifying anything else? Man. I feel like I should get some sort of FRT for my 604 clone now. |
|
Quoted: Makes sense. The part of me that owns an MCR SA carrier wants it not to be true. Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Does this, or any of the various FRT products, work with semi-auto bolt carriers? Makes sense. The part of me that owns an MCR SA carrier wants it not to be true. I forgot where I saw it, I didn't pay that much attention since it didn't apply to me, but there was someone making/printing adapters. |
|
Quoted: I'm certain it's going to be a long wait for anyone who didn't get in at the very beginning. Quoted: Quoted: glad to hear some of you are getting progress... they took my money sent me an order # and then nothing... that was 8 days ago. I'm certain it's going to be a long wait for anyone who didn't get in at the very beginning. They need to make sure and communicate with their customers and give realistic timelines if they want to avoid a townbros type situation |
