Next time she shows up and the RM isn't there, tell her that you have been having wild ass sex dreams about her for the last week and you can't stop thinking about her. Tell her about how you see her in a totally new light and you think about boning her constantly. Go into detail about how you just can't stop thinking about feeling her tits while her ass is bouncing around on your knob, and so on and so forth. Start walking around in your underwear with an obvious boner EVERY time she shows up. Tell her you're going to your room to jack while thinking about her ass in case she wants to come help you out. One of two things will happen: 1. She'll stop showing up when her BF isn't there because she doesn't want to get raped by you; or 2. She blows you. Try to time a facial for the moment when your roommate walks in the door. He's a shitbag. If you own the tv or anything electronic in the living room move them to your room.
Chain around the icebox with a lock and you have the only key. It stays locked while you are not there. Put a locking door knob on your room door and save the old door knob to put back on when you move. Have coming to Jesus talk with your room mate. If you asked him to be your roommate tell him to drop her or move out. If he says no then when he is not there stack empty boxes in his room with a note that says 'put your stuff in boxes and leave or they will be on the curb by morning.' Did this 20 years ago to a person that stayed with me for 3 months. No good trailer park trash gf kept coming over. He gave her a key without permission. Came home from school and found the front door open with his car not there. Went in and his gf got to see the business end of a 12gauge from my truck. He was out that night along with his gf getting a talking to by the local police about tresspassing. |

Ohh so many memories....
I had two roommates who had live in girlfriends. The first was really anti social so I didn't give a fuck. I'd only see her on her way in and her way out. Was never in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or anything so it wasn't a big deal. Second roommates live in girlfriend would lounge about the living room, make messes in the kitchen, use all the hot water and be in the bathroom for hours (Would she wax her legs? no, she shaved them every few nights. Did she shave them at an hour everyone was out of the house? nope. She would do it at roughly 9 or so...about when everyone else wanted to clean up before hitting the bars), go on my fucking computer to look up video game cheats where should would write down page after page of information, bang on my door at 4 in the fucking morning asking for weed when she knew there was a girl in the room with me (and no I did not have any weed on me), work different shifts as my roommate and use up a shit ton of utilities, etc, etc. Roommates excuse? well the other roommate has his gf living with him 
I was friends with both of them and there was just 6 months left on the lease so I just started spending more time at my gf's place and didn't re-up on the lease. |

This ENDS EVERYTHING. OK... I've been down roads like this. I was an old frat guy 15 years ago. Every guy eventually wants out of the frat house and to get his own apartment. That usually means a roommate. You choose this roommate from your group of friends. These are people that you like and trust. Living with them where you share bills and pay rent is the FASTEST way to END the friendship. I've had a number of roommates from my old friends. Do you know how many of them I was STILL friends with after living with them? That's right... NONE. The #1 reason for the deterioration of the friendship was a girlfriend, followed closely by not paying their way. At the age that you have to have roommates, guys are stupid. Don't take offense at that. It's true. I was, too. Your friend is finally getting someone to play with his wee-wee on a fairly regular basis. This makes him insane. It is like being a drug addict. I once dropped a class that I needed to have to graduate because it was an 8:00 class and I was missing too much class from the late-night loving with a new girlfriend. I figured that in times of feast, prepare for famine. Oddly enough, my professor agreed with me and I took the class the next semester. But back to your friend... This guy has noogie on the brain. In his confused brain, he is already thinking that this is the one he will spend his life with. In this thought-process, he has already considered that he MUST defend the future Mrs. RM or it will end. It will end and take the noogie with it. At this period in your friend's life, he cannot be trusted. He is clinically insane in his addiction to RMGF's coochie. And he probably has low self-esteem. After all, you said that she was a butt-troll. Now... You have a friend that WILL defend RMGF. Even if he knows she is wrong, he will be overly sympathetic to her. You have RMFG who has explicitly stated that she WILL lie to get you into legal trouble. How long will it be before she plants something in your room and "lets the cops in?" You can BET on this happening if she gets in a fight with the RM and decides that it has to be YOUR influence on him that caused the fight. At this point, you are surrounded by liability. Now... Let's be clear on a couple things. -A damned girlfriend has NO right to ANYTHING in your house. She has NO rights PERIOD as it pertains to your private residence. -She is NOT on the damned lease unless YOU let that happen and were aware. She isn't this person's damned wife, so she needs to STFU about ANYTHING she is entitled to. -If your RM thinks the same way that she does on the above statements, he is an F'ing idiot and you need to keep this person FAR from you. -You CANNOT be charged with indecency for being nude IN YOUR OWN FREAKING HOME. Otherwise, you would be charged for taking a shower! YOU have the expectation of privacy in your own home. SHE HAS NO RIGHTS that supercede that in your house. -If any action is legal in your own home, she has NO RECOURSE for you choosing to do that thing when she is there. Now all that said... Talk to the landlord. FIRST ask if it is possible to get you OFF the lease and put another person on. If yes, talk to the RM and RMGF. Find out if SHE wants to live with the RM and YOU leave. I expect that she will say that she can't or can't afford to. This serves two purposes: 1.) It reinforces that she DOES NOT have ANY rights. You pay, you play.... You mooch, STFU. 2.) If she CAN, you get out painlessly. Now, if the landlord will NOT get you off the lease and/or the RMGF won't take your slot, talk to the Landlord about the situation and TELL them EVERYTHING. Moreover, put it IN writing to have put in your file. That gives your lawyer evidence to supena that will pre-date the issue and support your upcoming case defending yourself from rape and/or assault charges. - I would call the police and get a restraining order on her the very next time I saw her snooping. The first one to the police usually gets to be the "victim." - After the restaining order, I would then lock my crap up. After all, she WILL not adhere to the restraining order and stay away from BF's house. You, however, have started a paper trail that will help you WHEN she starts planting things and calling the cops. - Depending on how this goes, you can PROBABLY expect her to accuse you of rape, assault, etc. at some point. You better have gotten your paperwork in order and talked to the cops. - Inform RM that you ARE leaving the INSTANT that the lease if over NOW. Give him time to get another roommate LONG before it is time to move. -EXACTLY how much does she pay of your rent and utlities? If she claims that she has "rights," or that she IS on the lease, give her a BILL for her 1/3 share of the rent and utlilties. Tell RM that she IS NOT to enter until she is paid up. - If RM gives you FLAK, tell him that HE can pay her share, his share, and you will pay your 1/3 until the lease is up. - Oh, and DO inform the RM that you WILL: a: remain nude all the time that you are in the apartment. b. watch porno in the living room. (as an added plus, make SURE you sit on her coat if she thows it on any furniture.) -Do yourself a favor: Get a cheap, rat-hole effiency aparment if you cannot afford to get an apartment on your own. The other shit lips liked to party (I did too but on a much smaller scale and I have never ever done drugs other than tobacco and alcohol) and do drugs, mostly weed. I have since graduated. One day they decided to smoke weed in the common room while I was around. I told them I didn't want to be around that shit because I want to get into a LE field and did not want anything on record that I was in the same room as it etc. Anyway they started smoking weed in the common area and when I left it could be smelled from the elevator and it stayed in the elevator until I was on the 4th floor or so (I lived on the 7th). As I passed the RA on duty I mentioned while walked by, "Check my room, 4 people smoking weed with paraphernalia on the table should be an easy bust" and left the building. Waited outside and 2 mins later Campus police rolled up. I am no longer friends with any of those knob jockies. They wore out their welcome quick. It was all fun and games drinking but when they would crank the music and my suite got written up 3 times in a weekend (I was there twice), that tells you something. As to what John said that is pure gold. You have all the rights here. If she is staying at YOUR place often she needs to be paying rent whether she is on the lease or not. Second she has threatened to lie to get you into trouble and that is a no no. If it were one of my best friends girlfriends I would tell them to pound sand. I have lost a lot of friends good ones at that because of their bitch girlfriends. I wait for them to come to their senses before talking to them again. I don't give a shit. If someone is pussy blinded that bad, I know I have been in the past, so be it. Sit down with your RM and tell him he would be much better off, and you as well, if he breaks up with RMGF and goes back to Rosey Palm and her 5 sister. Rosey doesnt make a mess or piss people off. Be careful. In FL, if your room-mate let her stay there, then she LIVES there....you have to EVICT her. Tell the landlord that she's living there.....probably a violation of the lease and he'll throw her (or all of you) out. Tell him/her how you're really worried about her drug use, smoking in bed and that funny-smelling stuff she cooks on the stove with the acetone, but that your roomy keeps giving keys away to her and her pals.. Also mention that the police have been over a few times because of all her friends that show up at odd times. You'd be surprised how fast a landlord or property manager will take action, at THEIR expense.
DO NOT get a DV charge on your ass....you can say goodbye to guns or a CCW for the rest of your life. If you have another place to stay, cancel the cable and have the power and phone turned off. When the shit goes dark, just say "OOPS" and go to your other place. Really funny. Call the cops EVERY TIME she pulls some shit. Not only will they get real tired of responding, but you're building a record of complaints should she decide to retaliate with some bullshit. As a last resort, gross 'em out. Take a dump on their bed. Piss in the corner of their bedroom. Stick a dead fish between the mattress and box spring. Fill the refrigerator with road-kill.
