I am hoping form 1's will start speeding up once they get to February forms! Excellent data point. Trend is definitely dropping back to a plateau level. The control numbers are likely issued as needed across all the NFA forms, so hard to know the ratios between forms. Personal experience has 4s running a week and 1s still pending from mid Feb. all as individual. |

I'm transferring a silencer I sold to a local FFL/SOT. I've successfully submitted the form. I entered his FFL number and the eForm 4 autopopulated with his info, so I know that the system sees him as an FFL. But... 1) Unlike a transfer from an FFL/SOT to a non-licensee where both the transferor and transferee had to enter their PINs in to eForms, I was the only one that had to enter my PIN. Is this expected? 2) The ATF email I got with the PDF of the submitted form 4 wants me (as the transferor) to submit fingerprints. I assume this is just an error in the eForm 4 process and the ATF doesn't actually need them since I'm the transferor and not the transferee. Or do I need to withdraw the eForm 4 and resubmit with my EFT file attached? |

| Just came to say how much I fucking love seeing form 4 trusts get approved in 7 days when I'm at 40 days....I get not being in exact order but what the actual fuck. And IPB won't even answer an email. I am seriously about to CXL and just resubmit as an individual....those are going thru in days. Somehow no matter what's going on, I find a way to not get approved :/ |

Anyone else get a batch approval? I submitted 11 Form 1 cans over 2 days in mid-Jan. They came back mid-March as follows: Submitted 1/18 - 2 x approved 3/13 within 3 minutes - mini-batch Submitted 1/19 - 1 x approved 3/13 (four hours after the first 2) Submitted 1/19 - 7 x approved 3/14 within 30 minutes (Saturday) - true batch Submitted 1/19 - 1 x approved 3/15 (Sunday) This was my first fun at Form 1 cans, and I did various configurations (22LR, 9mm, 556mm, and 45 cal). Used guidance from the silencer build it yourself sub-forum. I am hoping they batch the SBRs I have in. |

This week I’ve had disapprovals and approvals for form 1 submissions that ranged from 1/8/26-1/28/26. I think that clears me out for January submissions. So inside of a week they processed 10+ forms with a 3 week range at least for me. No movement on any form 1 or form 4 for me during February. |

My 3 form 1's submitted 29 january (individual, eft) were approved 27 March, so 58 days. All three approved within minutes of each other (i watched the emails come in  ) so if that counts as a batch approval, then there ya go.  Submitted a fresh F1 (same criteria as above) for my AK-104 on 27 March, so we'll see what happens with that one. |
| UGH. Form 1 SBR from February 2nd came back disapproved today for not entering my DOB on the RPQ form. So dumb since it's entered in the section the form is uploaded to. I get it, but still lame. I used National Gun Trust's RPQ generator form and completely missed the "must enter DOB yourself" note. Interestingly, 9 form 4's were approved without it entered on the uploaded RPQ form. Clearly the Form 1 examiners like being anal and rejecting for any reason possible. |

Form 1 submitted 02/08 Approved 04/03 EFT prints E Flie Trust Almost 60 days. I have a few form 1 items but this was my first i submited on e files. First time i used e files for form 1, first time using EFT from National Gun Trust, new trust with short name from National Fun Trust. So it was a lot of first time stuff for me. Went slow but all worked out. |
Form 1 times aren't dropping yet like I hoped they would. The bulk of the 10k submissions a day must be forms 1's. One user on Reddit said he got a batch of 12 approvals then mentioned he had 100 more form 1 suppressors he is still waiting on...  crazy if true. Awesome, but crazy

Just received a disapproval for one i submitted 2/14. I used the same drawing and information that I had used before and got 3 approvals for in January. So how do I resubmit? Attached File |

Just had my second pending SBS approved - submitted 4/4. Not sure why they skipped ahead to the SBSs. I have 5 SBRs submitted before the first SBS (oldest SBR is 2/22), and 6 SBRs between the two SBSs. The SBSs are both Saiga 12's that I bought years ago and I F1'd just in case I wanted to shorten. I am actually more interested in getting some of those SBRs approved as they are ARs and PCCs that just need a stock and engraving, vice a barrel cut. |
