Braced Pistol/SBR - PTR 9CT Individual Submitted with EFT on 02/15/2023 Approved with conditions on 03/30/2023 Cannot make out the signature. I put in 5 on 01/17/2023, with inked prints being sent the next day. Three of them have been approved from the beginning of March… still waiting on two. Just annoyed with the inconsistency. |

Just got my Form 1 Brace approval back...submitted 2/2/2023 with electronic fingerprints. Approved today 3/30 - 8 weeks- with a note about Pursuant to ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F. Not sure what the Pursuant note means and there is no Tax Stamp to go with it like my Form 1 suppressors have. Not sure if I should pay and do a real Form 1 for other guns?...I might just sell them or keep as pistols as they are 9mm types. 1- Do I just print the approved form and keep with the gun when I take it out to shoot it? 2- Anything else I need to do? 3- I read there in no engraving to be done...is that true? |

The intended purpose for this thread, and the corresponding rules for it at in the OP, at to top of the page and pasted below for your attention. After submission found a few errors on my part: one wrong date on 5320.23, switched the name of the sheriff and the agency, and my Schedule A wasn't up to date. Shouldn't do electronic forms after a 48 hour shift. Went through without problems. Edited to add - Both signed by Nathan C Hartsock |

Brace Individual Submitted 1/31 ETF Prints Approved 3/28 56 days Submitted a trust application on 1/30 and an individual on 3/13. My problem is I never received any email and cannot find anything in my inbox, spam or trash folders and for some reason my Yahoo email won't let me see the last 30-days of trash. It only lets me view trash emails from April. I found my approved application on the ATF website but do not see anything to download. At a loss on how to proceed now. Edit. I found the option to view the PDF and download it. I have my first SBR! |
