The two things that were common to all of these labels were that they have very high contrast between the printing and the background, and that they maintained this contrast despite age and cleaning agents. Having some SBR lowers laser engraved (I got to stand there and watch Bill Gray of Gray Laser do the work), I have noticed that laser engraved aluminum presents very poor contrast. And it’s easy to reduce that contrast even more - which is something SBR owners are fond of. |

Are you guys able to read your labels?
My phones app won't pick up the qr code on the label from CLW but it will read the qr colt engraved on the lower. Not a big deal really just wondering if you guys are having the same issue. |

The part number I have for a Colt M4 is 12972700. Is this is correct? but my real question is would the part number remain the same if I make a label for a DD or FN M4. Same goes for M16A4 part number 12973001 correct?

Anyone know what the cage code would be for the Beretta M9?
Also I guess there isn’t a CC for poverty pony’s. I bought so many of the cheap Anderson lowers over the past 4 years they make up the bulk of my ARs now. |

Anybody know what UID label size would be good for a Beretta 92, or a 1911?

Received 4 tags today.
3 will read when scanned (missing EOT but still displays cage, PN, and SN, so no complaints there) The last one won't scan though.... |

Why did the Gov't use (17V) as a prefix for the cage code on the newer square UID labels? I'm sure it means something, just not sure what it is.
