Does anyone make a rail riser similar to the swan sleeve or the PRI top rail that mounts to a standard rail with clamps instead of screws and isnt $150+ dollars?

Are you looking for something that will bridge the handguard to the upper receiver?

That would be optimal, similar to the peq type rail by pri, but a swan sleeve would work too like the #38 s-ex rail, cost isn't a huge issue just if there is a cheaper and just as durable option I'd rather go with that.
