I like this sequence of pictures because it shows a whole course of fire.
Start firing from cover on the strong side 
Fire through an opening in cover 
Transition and fire around cover with the support side 
Transition to pistol and fire support and strong side

Putting the hand out as far as possible -
It is a moment of inertia thing guys. If you keep your hands close to your body and swing the muzzle around it will continue to move due to inertia. If you move your hand out toward the end of the muzzle you will have better control over where it is pointed. G |

btw. how do you know I have some colts? do we know each other by any chance? Cool. I just recall seeing a 6520 and SP1 (I think?) in previous posts. Both of which are kind of unique. I'm in NOVA and it's kinda hard to get in-action shots at NRA/BRA/SEG. Take care. |

Hello all this is my first time posting pics or at least pics that are worth posting.
This is my first go at an IDPA type match. 
The woman who took the photos had one hell of a set up and I was lucky enough to be in the same squad as her husband. For all of you Florida guys that want to take part in these shoots check this out! http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=8&f=10&t=395808 It was a lot of fun and we have a shoot every month.
