I just got a notification that the Colt ambi safety is back in stock at Arms Unlimited. I *think* they're non-hot dog, at least they appear to be in the pic. Hopefully what I receive is non-hot dog. Colt Ambidextrous Semi-Auto Safety Selector, $44 |

I know the newer ones have the cage code on them but they’re probably made by Schmid too, right? |

I've returned things to AU with no issues in the past. Lets hope they get those $50 colt lower parts kits in stock soon  |

Highly doubt any dead air can could compete with a SureFire though. |

It looks like they just changed the finishing process on the safeties. The newer ones look coated. |
