[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Good price for a Colt CR6920?
ARCHIVED
Posted: 10/30/2020 11:42:56 AM EDT
LGS has a Colt LE CR6920 for $1100.
Given the current climate is this a good or fair price? I'm not sure if it's new or used.
And what does CR designate?

$1,099 here in NC. GTG

All commercial Colt receivers have CR prefix S/N now.
LE6920 models as of late have CR prefix.(Since late 2018 or so).
New model is out, designated CR6920. Reciever markings have changed once again.

LE prefix never stood for Law Enforcement as many thought.

AU listed their last batch of M4 Carbine marked 6920s a couple of days ago. IIRC, ~ a $ hundo higher.

That's as good a price you'll find anywhere now-a-days.
My nephew just picked up his Serbu .50 after a 3 day wait. He's also in Colorado. Called it in Tuesday afternoon, late. Picked it up this morning.

$ 1000.00 - $ 1100.00 Hell you can buy it, use it, then part it out and make a little money. And maybe more after Nov. 3rd.

Why would it be worth more after Trump wins?

OP was not clear on what is actually is.
If it is a LE6920 with a CR prefix serial number then $1100 is a very good deal on this market.
If it is one of the new CR6920s then $1100 is a fair price. One member just paid $999 for one at the LGS.
