Finding UM-XX tailcaps is pretty tough these days.

This abomination definitely belongs here. I call it the mini-dissy mk18. It's a .300 blk with a set screw FSB I took off my service rifle upper when I converted to a flat top.

Love those handguards. Are you keeping the incandescent bulb or gonna upgrade to LED? I'm looking at one of the Malkoff heads for mine

Will the barrel nuts be exactly like and/or compatible with the original Armalite fiberglass ones? I can send in small and large frame originals for reference

Hadn't NDS been about accuracy in cloning? Just saying... you're making a product that never existed. The hardcore cloners will know and turn up their nose at it, and the general market for tubes can't be that robust.

If you did it right the first time you'd probably sell more - and the construction is actually really simple (end cap, front cap, 2" OD fiberglass tube in the middle)... but I'm just a guy on the internet.

*2.25" OD tube. Just annoyingly large enough to leave a gap with rails and things designed for standard 2" tubes

So let me guess this straight...

Some of you are crying about a REPRO not being accurate.  Newsflash, it's a REPRO it will never be accurate.  Go buy an armalite tube if you want accurate.

I wish it were that easy to find those.  All these pics of armalite toobs are making me green with jealous rage.

I’ll still buy one of these repros.
