John Kerry has waded into the media waters and now wants the news to cut out conservatives he doesn’t agree with.
During a discussion of the debt deal and the economy on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Friday, the current Massachusetts senator and former presidential candidate lambasted the Tea Party and conservatives and the idea that they should be given “equal time” in the media. According to him, their ideas are so whacky that they don’t deserve air time: “And I have to tell you, I say this to you politely. The media in America has a bigger responsibility than it’s exercising today. The media has got to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it or simply because somebody says something which everybody knows is not factual. “It doesn’t deserve the same credit as a legitimate idea about what you do. And the problem is everything is put into this tit-for-tat equal battle and America is losing any sense of what’s real, of who’s accountable, of who is not accountable, of who’s real, who isn’t, who’s serious, who isn’t?” http://www.theblaze.com/stories/john-kerry-media-has-responsibility-to-not-give-equal-time-to-tea-party/ |

Not news... the msm has been doing this for years.
Kerry can suck it. |

The media has got to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it or simply because somebody says something which everybody knows is not factual. So basically he wants the media to ignore him then. |

equal time that consists of calling the tea party terrorists and other pleasant names |

I am pretty sure saying what I am thinking right now is a COC violation.

It's funny now, but I fear for what these people will do the next time the pendulum swings their way. After GWB winning the close election in 2000 and now Obama's reverse Midas touch in 2008-10, they probably view their next bite at the apple as a last chance.
It may end up like Spain in 1936. |

Kerry can FOAD after climbing a wall of dicks, him and hanoi jane both. Fuck them!
|

Learch is also no slouch in finding money to marry. This ain't his first rodeo. What slime.

Thanks Mass. You are really doing the country a favor for keeping this guy in office!

Kerry: "I like equal time for discussion, for points that I agree with."

Quoted: Kerry: "I like equal time for discussion, for points that I agree with." Yeah, so much for that FAIRNESS DOCTRINE eh? Isn't that what the democrats were all about for the last couple years? Remember, it was right before they were all about NET NEUTRALITY. Fuck these motherfuckers, it all plays to their agenda which is silencing viewpoints of which they're intolerant. |

Marginalize, demonize, dehumanize...then they'll feel comfortable attempting the next step.

You know, the Libs have been saying so many outrageously idiotic things lately that the Repubs, if they were smart, could create MANY magnificent commercials that show juts how insane the Democratic party has gotten.
Like fish in a barrel..... CMOS |

Reckon he's still upset over the Swift Boat treatment?
John Kerry is one of the most dislikeable people in American politics today, and that's saying A LOT. |

You can't tell me that these fucks aren't evil pieces of shit. If they had it there way, we would be in the gulag or re-education camps in no time. Fuck that treasonous piece of worm shit.

The democrats and the left are terrified of the Tea Party
It makes me proud to be part of it and to have worked at the rallies. A lot of arfcom GD seems to think the tea party is a political party, like republicans and democrats.. it is not. The tea party is nothing more than a bunch of people like you and me who who get together and try to decide which politician to vote for. Contrary to what the left wing media says, the tea party itself doesn't endorse candidates. However individual tea party members do endorse candidates, just like you can endorse any candidate you want. I encourage everyone to get out and attend the tea party rallies, that way you can close your letters and emails to your congressmen with "Tea Party Member". |

If the media actually employed Kerry's advice about not reporting on absurd ideas, he'd never get any air time.
And I stopped buying any Heinz product years ago. |

So to members of the US Senate, the idea of a balanced budget is such an absurd notion that those who are proposing it should be completely ostracized by the news media?
|

The media's only "responsibility" is to objectively report the news. Period.

They don't swear a Hippocratic Oath to the Patron Saint of Journalism or anything like that. They are only there to make money and perhaps sway public opinion if they can. |

Kim Jong and Hugo Chavez approve if this asshattery...
Wake the fuck up people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

He and Al Gore should work on their comedy routine, Coffee with the Patricians.

Mr. Kerry is engaging in hate-speech and should be fined $750,000 and jailed for a year.

I think Americans have a responsibility to not pay any attention to John Kerry.

John Kerry on Deer Hunting
Mark Steyn catches John Kerry sticking his foot in it again: He was in Wisconsin the other day, pretending to be a regular guy, and was asked what kind of hunting he preferred. ‘I’d have to say deer,’ said the senator. ‘I go out with my trusty 12-gauge double-barrel, crawl around on my stomach… That’s hunting.’ Now, I’ve never been hunting in my life, but I know guys who do. I’ve learned enough by listening that I know you don’t crawl on your stomach to hunt deer. You get up way too early and climb a tree to sit in a deer stand. Then you pray a buck strolls by before your ‘nads freeze and fall off. This just proves that John Kerry is not only a phony, he’s so far away from being in touch with real people that he couldn’t get there with a map and a GPS plotter. |

"Oh, those teabaggers don't want to give up their guns? Well they HAVE to! How are we going to enact our MASTER PLAN for UTOPIA if they don't? They might SHOOT our lackeys that we send after them and our sympathizers if we don't GET THE GUNS first! Come on now, hand over all your weapons and SUBMIT to your death "re-location". It's FOR THE CHILDREN!!!!1" I feel I'm going to be posting this quote quite often for the foreseeable future. "And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward." — Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn Don't ever allow yourself to become a victim of the American NKVD without putting up a fight. Wounding and/or killing a few agents of the state, inflicting some small harm on the machine, even if you die in the end, is preferable to slowly starving to death or dying by a GSW to the back of the head. |
