i wonder where the thread will be this time.
HERE ARE SOME RULES FOR THE FIRST TIMERS Contest rules: 1: Only Team Members are eligible, or see above post. 2: Select a number from 1 to 2,000, and post it. 3: Only one post per person. 4: Posting more than once = disqualification. 5: Posting one face along with different fonts now encouraged !!. 6: Editing your post = disqualification. 7: Font, color, or size matters not. In the event more than one person selects the same number, the random number generator will select a number from a pool equaling the number of duplicate posts. For example: If 3 members select the same number, the generator will be asked to select a number from 1 to 3. If the number is 2, the second person to post wins. If the number is 1, the first person to post wins. |

Worked last night, and have to work tonight, 12 hr shifts. Problem is, once I get home in the morning, it starts to get light, and I lose the desire to hit the fart sack, even though I am tired. Now, Wake Island: Alamo, on History channel has sucked me in. I may never get to bed....

For those getting your OD panties in a wad, the original rules as posted NEVER included a restriction on duping a number. At least, not the set of rules that nearly everyone links to in the archives and not the set to which I was directed as a noob. Second, ML has on several occasions posted that half the fun of the UHFO contest is finding and adhering to the rules, so why do people insist on posting them for the last few months thereby circumventing someone needing to do a little searching for the privilege of playing? It's a contest being put on through the generosity of one of the site's sponsors and it almost always results in people complaining rather than celebrating that for as little as a mere $24 yearly Team Member investment, you get a chance 12 times to win a precision upper. Actually, this month they're giving away an entire rifle. I'm as excited as a man can be and I haven't even won anything, just knowing I have the same chance as any of you to win is still pretty cool. Everyone needs to relax and just enjoy the opportunity.

Have a great weekend, y'all. I agree I'm new to this and continually educating myself, I think this is the coolest thing that a company could do!!!!!!!! I have noticed a lot complaining about this contest about being duped.....don't know what the whining is about if your number was used again a lot of people enter so the odds of your number being chosen again is probably going to happen right
