Accuracy - better to have it and not need it ... than need it and not have it.
That's how to respond to the interwebbers trying to draw a distinction between a "Battle Rifle" and a "Precision Rifle".
What's the difference ? Ask the dead sunsabitches America's .mil snipers have smoked by the thousands ...
"Excuse me, for my own edification, in that last battle, were you smoked with a true Battle Rifle or was it a non-battle Precision Rifle ? "

Now, where is this leading ? For those of you who haven't heard - we're damn proud that our OBR rifles were used to take 1st Place Overall, 1st Place Service Rifle, and 1st Place Open at the 2010 International Sniper competition / Ft. Benning held in late October.
Here's a pic from the comp ... look closely ...
And finally, to commemorate our ascent ... I'm stepping out of line and opening this year off with a bang with an OBR 5.56 upper as our Stealth Giveaway. Nice and stealthy.
And yes, to answer your bigger question - this is the thread -
GO !
And good luck.
ETA - Oh, and by the way ...
Paul,
Just wanted to update you on the USPSA Multi-gun Nationals results. I'm the Heavy Metal Tactical division national champion! I used my OBR, and as expected, it shot flawlessly and accurately!
Thanks for your support!
