WOW! The contest started early this month, 11 pages already!
Is someone testing a new can? Maybe an LT can? |

I think that the rules should go that if you are the first on a number it's yours, dupers don't count. If you don't make it to one of the 1k numbers by the close then you're hosed.
Kind of like musical chairs, but cool. Either that or expand the range to 1500+ depending on the number of participants. Just sayin'. |

So many entries coming so fast now, that you could check the Contest Report, find an open slot and have the number taken by the time you open the Contest Thread and enter your number. It's like the final ten seconds of an eBay auction now :) Great contest! |

I think the rules should be whatever Mark wants them to be. The rest of us should shut up and color; happy in the knowledge that Mark is actually generous enough to run a competition like this.

Y'all can dupe me- it will guarantee you don't win, but I don't mind. I've got enough bad luck for 2 or 3 more.

Duping has to become one of the rules...You dupe you fail. A voice of reason. |

What's that a picture of, which you stated we needed to wear eye protection?

Thank you to Mark and everyone at LT for doing this contest. Show me another contest where $24 can get you 12 entries in to a raffle for $2-3k of Kit with GREAT odds, when compared to other contests. 1 in 1000 odds is pretty damn good. |

SUrprised at the minimal DQs this time around.

So Mark, what's the story on the damaged can? Looks like one hell of a baffle strike compounded by the burst. Fragments must have gone everywhere.

The story is one of the suppressor makers is using a so-called "unidentified" can in their "advertisements of superiority", one that they "somehow" made to fail. The market instantly recognized it as a Surefire. That one I posted a pic of, with it's nose exploded to sh*t, may or not be theirs, and that's the joy of posting it. What it does show is the value of eye-pro, no matter how superior a certain muffler maker thinks theirs is. |

Lets say you pick "123" and you are the first one to pick that number. Then over the next 7 days, three other people pick "123". If the winning number is "123", then the mini drawing starts. You # 1 Duper # 2 Duper # 3 Duper # 4 Then the LaRue man will generate a random number from 1 - 4 and where the number generator stops, that person becomes the winner. |

woohoo! I got in before all the numbers were picked! AND I got my favorite number!!!
|
|
I don't really think anyone has a decent argument about dupers unless their number has been picked but a duper wins the prize. Do we have any of those here?
|
|
Why is 313 so popular? Because it has won prior? No number has ever won twice

Almost a thousand entries on the first day. Most of us will get duped before the contest ends.
Thanks again Mark. |
