Mark, Thanks once again for sponsoring this contest. The $$$$ in goodies that you have placed up for grabs this past year is simply amazing. I really appreciate the chance(s) to pick up some top quality hardware, even though I didn't, and probably will not, win a damn thing. I'm still amazed at the number of people that bitched and whined about how the contest was run. I for one was/am just thankful to be able to take part. mmd, the page scraping scripts you put together to gather the contest data kick ass. Thanks for all the work you put into this. Now, just five more days until I find out that I didn't win 
oh well, there's always the arfcom team member drawing.....

Wish we could buy extra numbers, say for five bucks or so. We could send the cash to Mark and let him donate it to the charity of his choice. Even if one guy bought all one thousand numbers that would net 5 gs, 2 grand or so pays for the upper and 3 goes to charity.

Amazing - IBTL, I have in my formerly-nicotine-stained-fingers* a U.S. Constitution, handwritten in red ink. The fine gentleman is an LE officer (on a budget) and he would like the number ... ... 212 ... ... entered for his endeavor. Consider it done.
ML * As a way to keep my Chief-Petty-Officer-dad's kids out of trouble, I was forced-labor in a tobacco patch for a lot of years as a kid, and surely got nicotine on my hands while suckerin', hoin', choppin', or handin' off them sunsabitches. Yul Brynner put it best when he said "Don't smoke."

What the hell?! Hey Mark, I don't know how this happened but the report is showing my entry as blank. I could swear I posted it and saw it in the thread as 637. Can you do something about this? ETA: Just checked, it IS in the thread as 637, but it's in the report as blank?! |

Hopefully mnd will also get a Santa LaRue Christmas gift for the work he has done. I'm a fundamentally lazy programmer and have optimized to reduce the amount of attention required. It takes longer to post the report threads than it does to kick off the report process. Also, my motives for this are entirely selfish so I've already earned my reward, in that I don't have to read the thread before posting and my report reduces the chances of other people duping me. The fact that it helps everyone else is only a nice side effect.
