Nice vids.  I appreciate your helpful hints.  I've used your posts on making won tons and egg rolls quite a few times.  You made them seem so easy that I had to try them.

A lot of what I do really is easy.
It just takes a little preparation and sometime you need a little help.
I usually have my wife as my sous chef.

But this time I did everything myself.
Getting everything prepared and in bowls first is the key to these dishes.
