Hi Chef...here's a question...
I noticed canned salmon is at a great price point at local Wal Mart. It is a greenlight for me to buy a couple of cases to diversify my meat preps. I grew up on pan fried salmon patties, where momma mixed the salmon with cornmeal, onions, and an egg to hold it together, then made patties and fried them.... Can you suggest an alternate way to prepare salmon? Just something to give us some variety....Thanks! |

I cannot vouch for any of these, but I have it in my bookmarks for future use of my own stash of caned salmon. It looks like the mother lode of canned salmon recipes.
