Tried to go to the Arlen Specter townhall meeting today. Meeting was to start at 3pm. I arrived at about 12:30pm. Based on the eventual outcome, I guess it's safe to say there were approximately 180 people in line at that time. They were to let only 200 people in. I heard a state cop there estimate there were at least 1500-1700 people there. They said there would have been well over 3000 had they not had to turn away so many cars for lack of parking. About 1:00pm, the ACORN buses showed up and unloaded their thugs. The woman in the below picture I thought was going to get in a fight with an anti-socialist/pro-American near the end of the line. When they showed up, a lot of people started asking them questions like, "Where are you from?", "Who paid for you to be bused here?". The woman in the below picture went off on one white woman asking her if she ever served in the .mil. When she said she hadn't, the ACORN thug went on and on about how she did and "fought in three wars". I wanted to start challenging her on this subject, but she seemed to be trying to pick a fight, and I was getting pissed off enough, I didn't want to escalate anything.  Plenty of media was there. I saw lots of local stations from Pittsburgh sent their people, but Foxnews was the only cable news network I noticed there. Here's a picture of Griff Jenkins on the phone:  I'd say around 1:30 is when the crowd really started to accumulate. I wanted to stroll around a little and see the people and the signs, but I didn't want to lose my place in line, so I didn't wander. I took what pictures and video I could from where I was:   This guy was easily the most entertaining guy out there. He was working his way up and down the crowd yelling things, he was hilarious. The first time I saw him he was trying to buy a sign from a young black girl who worked for ACORN. First he offered $5, then $10. She kept laughing and saying it wasn't for sale. He kept going, $20, $50... "I'll offer you $100 right now for that sign!!! Come on!! How much are you paid to be here?? More than $100??!?!?" She was laughing kind of, but yelling across the crowd for her mom to come help. Her mom didn't seem to want to help. Anyway, eventually he got a sign, and was running up and down the crowd holding it upside down, screaming at the ACORN people, asking him where he can pick up his check. In this video, one of the ACORN thugs he's yelling at is the badass triple war fighting ACORN crony from earlier. Here's a couple more of the crowd:     In the above picture, the big flag pole with the Gadsden flag and PA state militia flag belongs to a fellow ARFCOMer. If you're wondering how I got the 180 estimate of how many people were in line ahead of me.... They were supposed to allow only 200 in. They pulled several groups of people around the line for some reason, don't know why. When they decided they had enough people inside the building and they cut off everyone else and locked the doors, guess who was in line to be the next person in the door.....  I took a video from that position: I waited a while at the door in case they decided to let a few more in. After about 20 minutes, gave up and went to wander the crowd. Climbed the hill and took this picture and video. Crowd had actually already thinned a bit by this time:  About 3:30 I heard a bunch of people yelling that ACORN was leaving, and crowds were going down to their buses to hassle them on their way out. I went down and enjoyed some entertainment. One guy was chanting, "Don't be a slave, (can't remember the second half)". In response, some morbidly obese white female ACORN thug started screaming at him for using the word "slave", implying that he was calling the black people there (80%-90% of the ACORN members were black) slaves. He defended himself and at some point called her insane as he walked off. Some black guy was trying to calm her down. I heard her say, "His ancestors probably owned slaves! White supremacist mother fucker...". She was an absolute lunatic. Took this video of the ACORN buses. Quality is pretty terrible, but figured I'd post it anyway. Most of the ACORN thugs on the buses didn't seem to care that I was filming them. A couple hid their face, some waved, one guy picked his nose up to his knuckle, and a couple black kids gave me the finger. I have a better video of an ACORN thug giving me the finger, but it wasn't even worth uploading. This one on the other hand is well worth posting. This is the crowd chanting as the ACORN thugs were leaving. I heard one of the black ACORN guys say right before he got on his bus, "Well, we did our damage for the day." Overall, it was a damn hot day to stand in the sun for 4 hours. The socialists seemed to be organized some for this one, with the ACORN thugs, and also saw some other groups like "Planned Parenthood" there. Bottom line though, the socialists were massively outnumbered at this particular gathering.  |

One thing i will say. Arlen at least has the balls to do the meetings. Most of the rats dont even do them, or hide them so no one can attend them. P.S. I hope he looses the seat btw. Yeah, I've been saying that too. That's the one and only thing I'll give him credit for. He's taking it from real Americans, not a bunch of staged plants like Hussein pulled on Tuesday. |

The thugs refused to divulge much of any information, at least none that I heard. Lots of others would respond to the question for them though with "your tax dollars paid for them". |

Great job a big + 1. I wonder if there is going to be a spark, honestly I don't think it would take much people are pissed and they are not just ar15commers. There were a hell of a lot of people who were real heated, but astoundingly I didn't see anything get physical. I don't remember seeing much in the way of little kids there either, the only ones I can remember seeing were brought by the ACORN thugs. They were running around with their pro gov't healthcare stickers attached to them. Yet, I actually don't even remember hearing any vulgar language from anyone out there except a couple ACORN thugs. |

I didn't post those videos anywhere else, and when uploading to Youtube didn't give them any tags or name them anything that would be likely to bring them up in a search result. |
