UPS just came to my door 5 minutes ago and brought my Bates RAT boots I bought from LA police gear. I have to say it was a pleasant experience doing biz with them. They do have a CS phone number, I even had to call them because one of the things I ordered was on back order. It was just a shemagh so I cancelled that and the sent the rest of the order. Kick ass boot too by the way, I paid 35 buck for them, they are on sale, check em out.
I see they raised the price to 39.88. Still a screaming deal, I will more than likely buy another pair just to have at that price. Haven't put them on yet but they look to be pretty high quality.
