It has a little radius on it but not real rounded like the YHM bolts. I noticed that there are small radius's or relief cuts on either sides of the lugs to prevent cracking. They told me they have never had one break, not even an extractor and there are a bunch out there with thousands of rounds. The good thing with Cason is they will replace it if anything fails, period. The extractor is made of some super strong steel but I can't remember what it is any more lol, it is made quite a bit differently than a standard extractor, next time I take it down for cleaning I'll snap some pics of the extractor. Only time will tell how good it really is, but it'll have several thousand rounds on it by next year this time.
