I have a new Colt SP6920 MP-B has Colt ever done this rollmark before? Hep a brother out please..

Safe / Fire marks still? ~Augee we knew you would like it in fact, as soon as I saw that pic, without scrolling down. I said to myself... "poor Augee, wont wont be able to sleep now until he gets that lower" I just hope after you get one they dont let out a few that say that adn have colt defense on it too. then you will be hurtin lol

What happened with the Magpul vertical grip, was it included? I've also seen from some distributors catalogs a Kalifornia version SP6920MP-BCA which have a bullet button mag release. That lower markings should be great for a M4 carbine clone. Our factory rep Brent needs to chime in here. |

Looks great without the Sporter Markings! Does anyone know which distributor is selling these new models? I would love to just buy the lower only, but if I buy the complete rifle, it will be just as good. I have a Colt SOCOM upper that would look great on that lower. |

Jeeze you guys are harsh.
Does anyone know if there are plans to release all SP6920s with this lower? I would imagine that they wouldn't have a new rollmark just for the MagPul-ized version. Might make the Sporter M4 Carbines something of a collector's item with such a short run. I just like the idea of a Colt lower marked "M4 Carbine" (as my two MT6400C lowers can attest to) - I could give two shits about collectibility seeing as though if I don't spray paint it, I'll at least beat the crap out of it, and it won't be worth much to a collector anyways!

Does anyone know if there are plans to release all SP6920s with this lower? I would imagine that they wouldn't have a new rollmark just for the MagPul-ized version. ~Augee I really want to know the answer to this also, I have acces to about 10 more of these and I am wondering if it was worth getting them all. I would if I knew this rollmark was going to be somewhat rare. I really need to build an SBR with one of these lowers.

I believe the lower stripped may be leagal for use by some one in CA. they of course have to build it to meet the law, but I dont think the lower would be illegal. so far anyway. we will see |

From my old SP6920 thread that's in the archives now, a member stated that the right side selector markings was incorporated into production in mid 2010. BTW what is the serial number range of your new carbine 508K lower or higher? Mine was the first Sporter carbine batch last March with S/N below SP 500300. |
