Also, can I get a clarification/confirmation of a contest rule? I was reading the contest overview posted above and this statement stood out to me...

If the number given by the random number generator picks a number previously chosen, the RNG will be run again.

Does this mean that the previous winning numbers are now "burned" and will no longer be drawn? Or does it mean something else?
