I think he's saying the guy does not look like he's making the weight standard compared to the majority of pics here...

Hard to say from the pic. I did notice that as well, My initial thought was he looked heavier then what you are use to seeing in a SF thread.

I've known some Rangers but thats about it..all were in fairly good shape.  Not knocking the guy in the photo, I'm just surprised to see someone who looks to be in poor physical condition as part of a SF unit...thats all.
