Not sure if this is the proper place but,
Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they any good? I'm thinking of getting my NRA Instructor certs... I really enjoy introducing people to our addiction and figured that I might as well get "paperwork". Thoughts?? Thanks... |
| Very expensive. A buddy of mine went through their program & was happy with the course though. I got my certs through the Boulder Rifle Club & while it was cheap, the class was rather dull & we didn't do much in terms of demo-instructing during class. If you have a solid background teaching adults then BRC could be a viable route. If you've never taught Pro Fire could be the better bet since it sounded like they had a lot more of the student teaching demos. |

If your fairly close to Parker, check with the Cherry Creek shooting facilities. Stewart (a range SO) is a NRA Training Counselor and has been doing it for a long time.
Stewart is a great instructor and I have taken Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun classes from him and will follow up with a few more this summer. |
