Physical libraries are full of medical books and journals. There's no way this list can replace those, but let's include some useful references.

This is true. Also some hospitals or health systems provide access to people on staff. I could access stuff through my work-supplied subscriptions if I could remember my assigned username and passwords. It's been long enough that I didn't even realize MD Consult went TU a year ago.

My annual staff dues at a hospital chain that begins with IHC now include an UpToDate account. Finally stopped paying the $400-500/year for UTD.

I'm still with the same clinic. But I have privileges at three IHC hospitals.
