I have been learning KM (from an individual) but have not been able to "practice" full speed with it (he is really good, I am not). are there any schools around the Seattle to Everett area that anyone knows about? or related training facilities.

thanks for the feedback.
I found a KM facility in Lynnwood that was good, and a Systema facility in Lynnwood as well. I think I am going to try the Systema and see how that works out.

I don't understand the problem. Your instructor should be able to spar just above your level. Granted it is good to train with a bunch of different people, but you should be able to go "full speed" (he's the one who won't be). |
