News conference now with NYAG saying he committed many illegal acts of sexual harassment!
Commies are taking out the long Knives, probably feel he needs to go because he is not commie enough! Asshole bragged about the SAFE Act, scumbag commie! |

I'll believe it when they rename "Daddy's Bridge". Until then I am sure he has a file folder somewhere of dirt on everyone he needs to back him up. I honestly do not see him going away. Besides, as I have noted on other threads, the "Farm Team" to replace him is even worse if one can wrap their head around that.

Interesting turn of events.
I don't see him resigning. But, I also don't see him running again. 2022 gonna be a shit-show in NY elections. |

Many interesting things happening behind the scenes. Very interesting things.

NY Attorney General just published the report of their investigation. They are not bringing any criminal charges... and as of right now, neither is anyone else. The NY legislature is adjourned, and no one has announced any plans to reconvene any time before normal schedule. I will be surprised if anything happens.
And he just had a $10k per plate fund raiser a couple weeks ago that was sold out, plus its reported he has over $15 million in his re-election war chest. Unless the legislature finds some balls and actually brings impeachment charges against his ass, he not going anywhere. |

With the legislature not in session it is more possible to avoid! |

Nothing will happen and he'll be reelected, maybe it'll be less of a landslide over whatever joke the gop runs.
Ag says he committed crimes but didn't have charges ready to go? What a joke |

Patiently waiting for nothing to happen!
Who in their right mind thinks he will be convicted? Not a single person! |

I presume everyone in Albany is trying to count heads to see what an impeachment vote will look like. |

As much as I want to be happy, the thought of the next further left replacement scares me.... This might be a bad thing....

FUAC.
Unfortunately I don't think justice will ever be served in this life. We can only hope he is held to task by our creator. |

Quoted: Doesn't "impeach" mean charged? I thought the New York State process was the same as at the Federal level. They impeached Trump TWICE but he was never removed from office since they did not have the super-majority of votes in the U.S. Senate. I assume it would be up to the New York State Senate to have a trial after impeachment. View Quote Slightly different process. When impeached in NY you essentially are placed in the penalty box. You might still wear the C on your uniform, but you're not running shit. |

And it was explained on the news that the NY DA can't do the actual charging but I missed the reason why. Also NY impeachment process is different than Federal. |

Tucker Carlson nailed it last night when he said what I have believed for a long time now: as bad as Cuomo and De Blasio are, those seeking to replace them are far far worse. There is no improvement with whomever replaces Cuomo.

I am happy to see the evil scumbag get what he deserves. The next governor will be worse. But I still want Cuomo to be destroyed, it's worth it.

However, I think Cuomo had a tremendous amount of power-power that a lesser, maybe more extreme socialist could never exercise. IDK. |

As the news get more interesting day by day, one can see the DNC caucus wants him gone, badly. It occurred to me that if the Senate Republicans had the votes and were smart, neither is true unfortunately, they could vote to acquit and leave Cuomo in office. What better gift to give the opposition party than to leave Cuomo in place and be a constant source of campaign material for the Republicans while the Democrats are seething. If Cuomo were acquitted, he would become the focus of the entire Democrat party with every member running for the exits trying to distance themselves from him. It would be a hilarious remaining year in office.

Lets get rid of this POS that made us Felons overnight ASAP, we will deal with the next one when the time comes.

To get him out of his gubernatorial cave you will need a flame thrower, like the Japanese in the pacific before their surrender in 1945
He will be taken out, but not before a relatively lengthy process of 3-4 months |

Politically the Eye of Mordor as it were, would then focus on them. They would be the ones who had felt up the gals, not Gov Gropy. It's what happens when the left has total control of the media-entertainment complex and pushes whatever narrative is needed to help the Democrat part. |

View Quote Simple majority to impeach from what I recall. Even 2/3 in the Senate should not be a problem. Every republican eill vote to convict and any democrat that doesn't faces a primary from the AOC wing and hands a republican challenger a cudgel should they survive their primary. |

Wow, didn't know the R's were in such a minority in the Senate - it was only a few years ago it was a tie, wasn't it.
Best then to flush him down the sewer from which he came. |
